3 guys , 5 hours

375 a week, includes cut all trimming , lot of edging garbage bed maintenence


and the fun part, catch all grass

well , one of the guys is me

i have walkers , 16 hp trailer that sucks the grass up in no time and an on site dump

mowing just pays the bills, and gets my foot in the door

i have walkers , 16 hp trailer that sucks the grass up in no time and an on site dump

mowing just pays the bills, and gets my foot in the door


meant trailer vac

and time gets cut to about 3 nad a half hours after spring

Why don't you use the Gravelys to mow that area? It would have to cut your time down alot.

im aware:rolleyes:

but they were very specific on what they want at bid, and the six-step and 40 yards of mulch 3 times a year plus other landscaping make it worth it to comply

i use walkers for alot of propertys looking for a manicured look, and it really doesnt take as long as it looks

plus its hard to tell from pic but some of the area would scalp with mid mounts

and no bagger for gravely

their other area is mowed with a gravely, and a steep hill with WB

I can understand that. There are days I mow for free (basically after expenses). I just do it because it really pays off on the other parts of the contract that are high margin.

yep, if i tried gettin rich off cuttin grass, id see 2 guys and a 21 at every one of my stops (nothing wrong with startin out though)
