I came by your booth Sunday and got a blade balancer from you. That thing is awesome. But I was way off on my blades. I've been doing a lot of work on my blades to get them back to correct balance. My eXmarks run much smoother now.

You have a very nice product, I've very pleased with mine.

I went to your booth and bought a balancer as well. I did pay cash (mistake) then asked for it to be shipped. I have not received anything yet. I emailed your company asking about it and still no response nor no new balancer. Can you please check and see what is going on, or am I out $100 now?????? :(

You are absolutly not "out $100." I have been out of town, and we are incredibly busy right now. So no one has checked the email from Friday until today.

Please also note with the growing popularity of our products shipping times can get extended, and we do apologize for it.

So, as for the status of your order, your balancer will ship tomorrow 7/30/2002 via 2nd day air UPS.

You will recieve shippment notification and a tracking number when it ships. If you have anyother questions, please just ask.
