I've got a customer that I have to remove 3 Holly trees that are about 12-15' each. The customer wants them cut and removed, not pulled out. He also does not want the remaining stumps ground.

What option do I have to eliminate/kill the remaining stumps/ roots?

Thanks in advance.

Cut the stumps to the ground. Drill holes in it with a drill. Fill with glyphosate concentrate. The end.

Did this to a HUGE tulip tree and diseased red tips at my home. Killed them dead, dead.

Thanks man. Believe it or not, I was thinking of this. I wasn't sure it would work, but glad to hear it does.

Cut to ground and drill a hole like the previous poster said. I used motor oil in the holes. New or used..
