I posted this in commercial but got no reply so i will try here. I got a shindawa with a tiller head. The way the tines turn will push you across the lawn. what do i need to do turn the motor or the tiller head 90 degrees?

I don't under stand the "push you across the yard" part. Are you wanting the tine to turn the other way?

Yes the tines turn clockwise and push you backward. if they turn counter clock it would pull and would be easyer to handle. thanks.

I think all you have to do is remove the tiller head attachment and flip it over then retighten.
