I thought there may be some interest in knowing that Kohler is no longer using the Bosch EFI system, they have gone to the Delphi system which is closer to your automotive fuel injection system. I think lowering emissions due to government regulation has move them in this direction. The Bosch system does an excellent job on fuel economy and increasing responsiveness. From my understanding there will be very little difference in fuel economy between the two systems, but with the Delphi system the emissions will be lowered by burning the fumes more efficiently.

Exmark has the Kohler 29 with the Delphi fuel injection system in their lineup, I would personally think this to be an excellent choice in engine selection.

I would like to hear any feedback from owners of Exmark mowers with this engine.
