I can's get the wheel out of it's tunnel to change the height spacers on my Quick 44. I've sprayed lube, tried tapping it out with a screwdriver, I tried pulling it out of course. I can't imagine what's sticking it in there. Anyone experienced this?

It is called rust. Use a penetrant like PB Blaster and you could always add a little heat. Honestly, you should be able to drive out the shaft with a hammer and rod after soaking a little penetrant on the shaft.

I believe you're referring to the caster fork, which I think is actually called a yoke?
What the guy said, lots of lube, let it sit overnight, then try a dowel or a rod and a hammer.
