I have an emerald zoysia lawn and want to mow using a walk behind reel type mower. I cannot find a manufacturer or dealer. I would like around 61-20 inch cut. Not a commercial but for residential homeowner use.
Also interested in any method to eliminate/control salamanders. I live in Wilmington, NC.

Not sure about finding a walkbehind reel at the width. Tru Cut makes an awsome mower, also Toro, John Deere and national.

We use Tru-Cut 27"($1,500 I think) We have several Emerald Accts. and have to say they look very nice. I would recommend that. Home Depot sells some brand I am not sure what.McClane(sp?)maybe

Are the salamanders causing problems?? I have some around my annual beds, and when watering they come out . Ienjoy seeing them:). I am not familiar with the lifecycle so I cannot direct you properly on that issue(County Exchange).

Everythng eats. Cut out their food source (insects). Keep in mind, they help control your insect population. If you're having trouble with them getting inside, seal up your house. Also supplement your pest control with some well placed, COVERED glueboards. DO NOT place glueboards near inside garage doors because birds will come for the trapped insects. All in all, they're beneficial and don't do any harm. Live and let live.

Many thanks for the response. I am afraid of the salamanders.
