Wondering how the mini is diffrent from a normal Z or other ZTR?
Does it weigh less?
Can it be compared to a Walk Behind in wieght?
How would it handle on a small lawn?(changing directions, rutting and grooving)
Thanks for the input.

The Hustler mini's are a real close match to the std z and super z, they are just smaller and have smaller everything, tires, decks, frame......etc.....etc....
We build these for the guys that need a lighter smaller footprint of a machine.
Yes the minis wiegh less than the std z and super z
Click here www.excelhustler.com to check the specs for yourself, and you will see they are built every bit as strong as our full size units.
As far as wieght between the mini and the Hustler hydro walk behinds, it will vary depending on size, but the Minis, are a 1/4 th heavier in most situations.
The handling of this unit on small lawns is excellent, it will go every where a wb will go, and be a lot more productive.
Rutting and scalping is minimized with experience, I do not think you will see any problems if you are careful.
Hope this helps
i know ,or think i know that the fast-track uses a smaller hydro . do the minis also use this hydro or the one in the standard z.thanks much

The FasTrak uses a Hydro-Gear integrated pump and wheel motor set up.
The Mini Z's use pump and wheel motor combos similar to our Hustler Z and Super Z.
The Mini Z uses Hydro Gear BDP-10's and the Mini Super uses BDP-16's
Full size Z uses 10's also, but the Super Z uses 21's
