hard to tell. Dollar spot spots dont get that large like less then 6 inches in diameter and it looks like someone dropped a half dollar in the spot. The leaves have hour glass lesions they usually start in the middle then work its way up. In the morning after a late evening rain or long leaf wetness you will see dense white mycellium withing the border of the spot. Also the area that has been affected already looks like bleach was poured on it. That picture is showing that you may need to get your mower blade sharpened you have some fraying on the ends of the turf which will enhance infection do to the open wound.

Dollar spot? Maybe. look for white spots about 4 to 6 inches in diameter on a home lawn. The grass blades will have the top-half turned white. And the white part will be collapsed and shrunken slightly, forming a slightly sharper grass blade tip. A few of the grass blades will have hour-glass shaped lesions--a white band on the leaf blade with green areas above it and below it.
