Go daddy. Has all the hyper text markup language (HTML) and everything else you need! If you need help buildng it shoot me a pm! I've done dozens of sites, and a few servers too! Infact more servers than sites.

I assume you'll want hosting too. In that case, most offer a cut and paste website designer. Hostgator, cookiehost, netfirms and bluehost all do. It's practically standard now.
You will be able to get an easy page. The code will be a little excessive, but for a lawn site, it won't matter. Just learn how to link pages and you'll be good. Hint a different file and link to the address.
