That looks like less than 4-5K of turf. I know more "contractors" then I can count on both hands that would've fought to the death to do that for $25 so I would have to say $40 was good. I would hate to do it all with a 21" though...:dizzy:

Yeah I did it with a 21 and had to double cut it. I am active duty military and only do this on the side so gots to work with whatcha gots.
