pasture cutting

I don't know anything about pastures. I have a friend who has a john deere 110 but she has a hard time putting the brush hog on and off. she has a chance to get a john deere 755 with the mower deck under the tractor. my question is will this tractor do well cutting pasture. the pasture is for horses so it is not going to be kept short.

A deck under the tractor doing what you usually mow with a bush hog? Horrible idea.

Does she have the quick attachment that would make putting the 3 point on easier.
