wording on LAWN SIGNS

i fertilize 23 homes in a 62 home development that =650,000+- sf.
at this time they stand out from the rest (knock on wood).
chem lawn,lawn dr.,and a few more fertilize also.
i was thicking on making up small 5"x12" that reads"this lawn is maintained by cgm lawns and my phone #" but i only fertilize them not fully maintain them as they are cut by commerical cutter companys.
or should it read"this lawn if fertilized by ..........."

I'd go with the"This lawn is Fertilized by...........". :) ;) :) ED

I think "this Lawn is treated by XXXXX" would be better. After all...you do more then just fertilize the lawn im sure.

How about this:

Don't judge my company by this ugly lawn. The homeowner doesn't water, has big dogs that poop a lot, and a bunch of kids that play soccer in the back yard. You should've seen it BEFORE I got it :D

Contact Perfco (www.perfco.net). They offer a variety of custom lawn signs that are not very expensive. Have them send you a free brochure. If you treat 23 of 62 lawns in this plan - the other 39 residents will notice the signs & hopefully you can get more of this plan off of the evil national companies.
