Need a tip on wooden deck and vinyl siding please

We have a house at the lake. Last time we were there I pressure washed our deck which was caked up with pollen and sap from the trees in around it. Man that stuff was tough too. What would yall put on there to help loosen that junk up?

What should I spray as far as cleaner on the vinyl to clean it good. We have an off white cream color vinyl. Thanks
