I just finished greasing my super z for the first time, i looked in the manual for all of the zerts. It showed some under the pulleys on the deck but i could not find them. The only ones i could find were the ones on the front wheels and the deck lift. How do i reach the other ones?

Your blade spindles each have a fitting and your rear pusher bars do also.
You will need to jack the unit up to get to the spindle ones, they are underneath in your blade chambers, you can lift the seat and reach down to the back of the deck to grease the 2 pusher bar fittings.

Just for future reference, these fittings are called 'Zerk' not 'Zert'.

Named after Oscar Zerk in 1929. Here's a reference that tells you all about them: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zerk_fitting

Wheres the 13th? Older machines had 13 (idler on the deck)
I only know of 12 on the newer SZ's.

My manual indicates there is a grease point on my Z's 60" deck idler, however I can't locate it. Any suggestions would be appreciated?

How old is your mower? over 5 or 6 years ago we had a pivot point on the deck that needed a shot or 2 of grease a few times a year.
