HELP!! what is wrong in this turf and how do i stop it???

This is bermuda turf in middle GA, we get rain about once a week or so and irrigation is off. I put out 16-3-8 with 2% iron and 50% slow release. Rain watered it in after app.

What is going on and how do I stop it?

Not sure but it appears you have applied some sort of disappearing agent to the lawn as there is no picture on here !!!!

Wow the lawn is completely gone, you definitely have a big problem.
