TJ pounder is close to you for sealer and for equipment you can go to marathon in burlington or protect asphalt in cobourg. You could always check kijiji for sealer unit too there is always some for sale and would be cheaper.

My advice is dont expect to put an add in the paper and get swamped with calls, alot of people sealing now and you will have to put alot of time into it to grow, flyers, door to door, ect. If you do good work people tell friends and so on and it does start rolling if you are commited to it.

IF you are serious about this and already have experience, I suggest go to pro tect asphalt, they have reliable equipment that doesn't take years and years to pay. Then go check mcasphalt for the sealer.

Just don't give up in Toronto, there is a lot of competition therefor a lot of low ballers.
