My new bad boy lightning has a 26HP liquid cooled Kawasaki motor on it and when i put it up to full throttle it runs at 3600 RPM. I don't see any adjustment to the top speed for the carb and have pulled the throttle cable through so it is not that it can't pull it open all the way. Any body got any thoughts of how I can get it up to full 3600 RPM?

Man, I wouldn't worry about it until that thing drops below 3 other than
replace the plugs, air filter, and if the oil and filter need it.

Okay I did not look up this specific model. But anyway.
Most Kawasaki engines have a throttle bracket below the carb.
Where the main throttle cable connects to. As well as the governor.
Then there is a linkage from the bracket to the carb.
This is what you use to adjust the high idle.
You loosen the bolts for the bracket and move the bracket to adjust it.
They have slotted holes.
It should be in the engine owners manual.
This can be a fun thing for some.
On my engine I have to reach across the muffler to adjust it.
Ouch,burn,blister.
