One of my guys was sloppy and got a little mortar on a paver patio we had just installed recently. What's the best way to get dried mortar off of pavers, without ruining the color on the pavers?

Not sure if you can find Prosoco in your area, but either Vanatrol or 600 Detergent are the most common cleaners here for what you want to do.

or - depending on the pavers - maybe just flip them over?

or - in the 14 yrs I been doing this - we usually have left over pavers. Just pull some left overs off the pallet.

That was easy!

Yah, we still had several left over in our shop. So that's what we ended up doing - just replacing those pieces.

It was probably less labor and and aggrevation.
