I have a Toro 72" G3 that I purchased last year for mowing parks. I have been very happy with the cut quality and comfort of the mower, but this year it has been at the dealership twice for a total of about 4 months. The first time the mower was taken the combination pump and wheel motor was replaced and returned to me after about a month. During that time I had called the dealer to see what the hold up was and was told that toro was slow to deliver parts. I call toro and was told that all responsibility is on the dealer and they cant help me. I call the dealers rep and finally he gets parts there in two days. Two weeks after getting the mower back the pump fails again and has currently been at a different dealer for about 6 weeks and is still waiting on parts. I realized that I had no dealer or manufacturer support so I quickly purchased a Scag 72'' TT. Has anyone else had this problem out of a G3 mower or there Toro dealer?
