View Full Version : Shindaiwa 62819 hedge trimmer

I bought these hedge trimmers earlier tonight on ebay, I have not got them yet but I cannot find anything about them online no specs or reviews anytime I google the item all I can find is the auction I won they have a 41 inch single sided cutting edge does anyone know anything about them hope I got a good deal I paid 230 for them and they look like they are in great shape any help. Thanks

this is the only thing with a pic they dont look that old but who knows.

There is no such model as 62819, that is a HT-231 in the picture. They are still available new, retail for $500.

Shindaiwa has very good blades. Of cause it really depends on the condition of your particular trimmer. I have the shindaiwa articulate hedge trimmer, it cut really well. It is chrome plate, silvery color. Shindaiwa hedge trimmer is very well made, very good design. The gear box design is only equal by Maruyama and the Kawasaki top of the line hedge trimmer, no body else.
