Anyone have a hitch on their Z450? If so...where is the best place to purchase a cheap off brand version? I'm not up for paying $60 for a small metal hitch just because it says Toro. I might just cut some steel and fab one myself. And is the part #99-8924 or #99-8925...I'm finding mixed answers from dealers. Thanks!

Ebay it, I put one on my z500 a few years ago for jobs close to the house. Just be careful how much you put on it. These pumps aren't designed to pull or tow that much.

This one is pretty close to mine. See if the holes would line up on yours. I had to drill holes on the mower to mount it.

I've been Ebaying like crazy and doing google searches. I just decided to go out and grab some scrap metal in my garage. All measured and cut right now. I just need to mark the bolt pattern and drill holes to mount it. It's raining out now so I'll wait to pull the mowers off the covered trailer!

I have a few clients asking for aerating this year so I'll be pulling a plug aerator with the Z. Probably an addition 100 to 125 pounds of weight. I weight 160 so I don't think this will hurt the pumps on a flat level yards.
