I have an '05 Super Z and the front castors shake badly when going full sticks across parking lots or traveling down the road to a another lawn. Is there any way to snug the castors up or put some type of damper on them? Thanks

You can do a couple things, tighten up the bolt on top a bit more and if your unit doesnít have a "bearing disc" (looks like a plastic washer) in it you can install it, we started putting them in around the time you bought your mower.
The disc is Hustler part # 263517
If you download this manual > http://www.hustlerturf.com/images/product_manuals/108603_0410.pdf
Take a look on page 6-2 and you will see item # 4, it is the disc I am talking about.
Hope this helps.
Mine did the same thing and I installed the flex forks and it no longer does it. On top of PJ's recommendation I would also pull the front forks and rub trailer bearing grease on the wear areas (the main shaft that slides into the fork) and reinstall. Like PJ said make sure they are tight enough too, I just impacted mine on real well.
