ONE Employees LUCKY Day

Today one of my employees was trimming the ditch along a 4 lane road. To make a long story short, some one ran a stop light at a intersection and hit a Chevy Surb., and push it by my helper and misssing him and slamming the car over the hill stopping at the steel cables holding the large electrical poles up. He feels pretty lucky now, nowing that if he had been in the wrong place at the wrong time he probally would not be here any more. Now I have a hard time getting him to trim along side of the roads now.

heck i cant blame him.......but ,give him time and he will come around........the new pants dont sound like a bad idea

Give him some time, he'll get over it. We do some medians in heavy traffic. Alot of close calls. Whenever necessary, I get in danger's way with them. I don't want them thinking somethings going to happen to them, just to be cautious. Good luck.
