I used my system for the 2nd time yesterday. I'm not getting enough pressure....or "fan" of the sealer when spraying.

I got my 3/4" hose and spray wand from....I forget...I'll look it up tonight...but one of the seal coat supply companies online.

I'm not sure of the tip size that came with it. I'll find that out also.

But has anyone had pressure problems before....is it just in the tip?? Any help would be appreciated!!

Thanks,
Gary

I have never had a problem with mine, however I had to experiment with different tips and the best one I found to work and have a good pattern was a soap tip for a pressure washer at any of your local big box stores. I also tried making my own with 3/8 fuel copper fuel line that I compressed the tip in a vise that worked but was hard to get the right oval tip every time. Hope this helps.

I figure I need to switch tips. I'll let you know how it works out. I just need to finish my driveway before it gets too cold.

Peace,
Gary

ITS NOT THE TIP 80/30 WILL GIVE YOU A GOOD FAN . Check filter / or air adjustment

I would have to agree with Garrett.

Hey....I called the red lion manufacturer because I didn't see anything in the owners manual about air adjustment. also, I don't have a filter on the system yet....I've only done 2 trial runs on my own driveway, but I can add a filter.

BUT...there is no "air adjustment" according to the company. They said I could "adjust the choke to make it run better/more pressure". Is that what you meant by "air adjustment"?

Thanks!
