I have a customer whose neighbor was recently deployed to the Middle East and he asked if I would mow his neighbors lawn as well. I said sure but I don't want to be paid for it because I feel funny taking money while he is over there risking his life for us. He insisted that he pay me.

Are there any good military charities? :usflag:

Project Evergreen!

Look at Green Care for troops. The lady's name is joy westenberg and she can be reached at joywestenberg@projectevergreen.com. She seems very easy to deal with. I think you need to tell the client to sign up for this charity and you also sign up so you can do work through GCFT.

That's awesome that the neighbor insisted on paying for it.

Every time I feel like patriotism is lost I hear a good story like this. :usflag::usflag::usflag::usflag::usflag:
