SeaGull Lighting & Unique Lighting

Anyone know what the deal is with SeaGull Lighting? They seem to be Unique Lighting just repackaged under the SeaGull Lighting name. Even kept all the same names. Is this just some sub-brand of Unique?

Thankfully, they have kept the prices online the same or more than the list price for Unique. So I appreciate that.

But I just hadn't seen this before.

Hope this helps shed some background for you. I talked to a rep about this and he said this partnership helps Unique gain more exposure in other markets.
