I have Lawn solutions lawn seeder. It has rate on it for annual ryegrass but nothing for perennial ryegrass. Does anyone if it would be the same?

No not the same. I hate annual ryegrass. Per Rye is a large seed, I think Ann Rye is much smaller.
Seed size determines the rate of flow through your apperatures. We could check this on the net or contact your seed supplier about # of seeds per lb. on both annual and perennial rye.
Anyway I never believe the recommended settings of any equipment. You need to determine your desired seeding rate then practice over a measured area to see how many lbs you are actually applying. Then adjust as needed.
