What do you think about this? I have mixed opinions. With the dehancer, a single voltage tap is needed, no more multi tap. On the other hand, it makes it easier for any average Joe to install a system. Is this geared more toward the DIY'er or the lighting professional?

When I've run across too high voltage in the field on a couple systems that I didn't install that had hardwired Acme transformers I've used the Rockscapes voltage regulator with success. With existing old Unique transformers I just changed to a lower volt lead.

This seems to do the same thing, plus short protection... seems like a problem solver, but then I personally wouldn't be using a transformer over 15 V output on an install anyway.
