does warranty transfer if I buy from individual

If I buy a Exmark from an individual does the warranty transfer of what is left on it?
If yes, how old can the machine be for a warranty transfer?

Also for walkbehinds, how much does it cost to change from pistol grips to ECS for a 36" hydro. For the change over to ECS, does it work as good as the factory installed ECS system?

Thank you for the questions.

While we do have an ECS handle kit for the TTHP we do not offer one for the Viking hydro. The ECS handle kit should make any older TTHP operate just like a new one. The only exception would be due to normal wear of the remaining original components.

All Exmark warranty's are exclusive to the original purchaser. We do however make a few exceptions on demo units, loaner units etc.
