You have multiple accounts that have various services from your company.

Example: Many customers receive mowing, fert, irrigation, weeding of the beds and trimming the shrubs on a regular basis.

Many customers get mowing, fert, irrigation and leaf removal but nothing else.

What is a good system for keeping these straight?

What I mean is all of your clientele do not all get the same services, right? If you have several hundred customers how do you make sure each one gets what they have signed up for?

Or if they cancel do you ever have a problem with a crew accidentally providing a service?

We use Clip also for billing. It seemed a little confusing for running routes.
