I have considered doing it everytime I found one in my mailbox. Two well known landscaping companies are always in it.
For thoughs that dont have Valpak in your area. It is a direct mailing company that mails out about 40 coupons in a single envolope. Each coupon is from a different business. I havent gotten prices yet(waiting on a phone call). Anyone try it?

I sat down and talked to them last year but I wasn't interested because they didn't service my own zip code. It changes at the end of my street to the next one and they service that one. They told me I had to use there templates and if I didn't put at least 1 or better if 2, $25 off coupons on it it wasn't worth doing it. It was $400 per month for 6 months.

For me it depends on where you are as a company. If you are Solo, don't use Valpak because it cost too much and if you are slammed with calls you will not be able to catch the calls. But if you have someone answering your calls it might work. It works well with other adverstising methods.

My biggest issue was the zip code. I would rather target my own zip code that one across town.

I got a quote today for $425.00 a month for 6 months. It is mailed to 10,000 each month. Thats $2,550.00 for 60,000 mailouts. Cheaper then postcards. May be worth a shot.

I am not a full service Landscaper and all there templates has services on them I didn't offer. Be willing to offer free mowing or 25% off $1,000 jobs.I can't remember ever having a $1,000 job.
