I am currently using Qxpress and it's only ok. I need my business to be more mobile. Autopilot looks amazing but I need to know if it performs the way they say it does. Any users please chime in!!!

We've used Service Assistant by www.RealGreen.com for quite a few years. It works really well and they're constantly updating it. Their customer service is good too.

Don't Over Look Google Documents. It is a free online document program that can be opened by any computer with the right pass word. I am Expermenting with it now and find it an excellent program so far. In fact I Bought an other netbook today so I can keep a computer in each truck instead of moving one computers between two trucks.

I use gopher for scheduling and client info, quick books for accounting, intuit site builder for the website, adobe to save .pdf files when I email a proposal or contract, and pro landscape image editor for visual landscape design proposals, along with paper and scales, whiteboards, and push pens on my office walls for organization....
