How much wider is the deck?

How much wider is the deck than the wheel base on a 36" Exmark floating deck? I need a 36" for the small gates, but I wondering if the 36 will be able to hang over the lawn to reduce trimming? and Can you put a flex-deck on a floating deck?

The 36" deck is about 1"- 1.5" wider than the drive wheel stance on the floating deck models. This is just enough to get you around some obstacles with out hitting them with the drive tires.

As far as the flex deck I couldn't tell you. Your best bet would be to contact Flex deck directly.
