I think ive seen them in northern tool. Any contractors store will have them too. I found mine left on a jobsite. I like it.
I think northern tools site is northerntool.com try a search online for it.

You can buy them at Lowe's or Home Depot for like $40 or so. I got my Rolatape at a Landscape supply store for like $80.
Try www.rolatape.com.

Home Depot For $50.00
picked mine up at the flea. works good but dont use it much. i tellum ill give a price after i do it once,or i will give them an estimate, that will allow for unexpected problems. they always prefer the do it once first method. of course, im residential so probably would not work well with commercial. dnt think i even know where mine is rite now. somewhere in a bin i guess.

Home Depot! Buy a nice middle of the road measuring wheel.
******Buy one with a quick reset on counter!********
Quick reset will make measuring a lot faster!

I got mine from Home Depot for around 50 or 60 dollars. I like it because it folds in half. One thing that I don't like and I would recommend is this......on mine to clear the counter, your have to raise it up to you (the counter is at the bottom, as I guess that most are). This is a little troublesome when you are holding a pen and notepad. I am not sure if they make them, but it would be nice if you could clear the counter with an extended trigger on the handle. Also, one that will stand on it's own while you are writing down you measurements. I would of gladly paid double for one that has these two features. I hoped that this has help you.

Total agreement with Walker talker! yes one that can stand would be great.
How about one with a built in voice recorder button. I have used a hand held digital recorder when measuring but never built into the measuring wheel.
Tractor Supply Co.
They have the ones that have the folding wire stand...a 'must have' feature when writing on a pad.
The counter reset button is also positioned where you can reset it with your foot....tap it with the toe of you shoe/boot. Very cool. About $55.
