I think those things are like $30,000 new... That seems a little fishy that someone would be asking $1,500, unless the engine is blown or something.

Has anyone ever used one of those. if they cost $30,000 they better be the best damn mower money can buy. I try and stay away from really steep hills. Too many close calls for me.

How do you cut with that thing, one pass then back up? Seems like if you turn around you would deffinately fall.

Ahhh,Yeah I must have heard that those hillside Dew Eze mowers were around 30K not knowing there was a monster model!

I still think that's a good deal on the smaller one. Our city has one. I know of a private community here that has a 2 mile circle flood control dike around it. They currently use a cycle bar mower that runs off the PTO on the tractor. Does a good job but it can only do the slope part, not the top crown which is about 10 to 12 feet wide and along the base on both sides. All of that has to be mowed with a conventional zero turn and some places it's really too steep for them. The Dew Eze would let someone do the entire thing with one peice of equipment, safely.

I'm suprised people on here have never heard of them... I've known about them for years, just never did any homework on them, obviously :P
