I am looking to put my lesco 100 Gallon sprayer on wheels rather than
put it the back of my pick-up truck bed so I can pull it from job to job . Does anyone know where to find an axle kit that will hold about 3500 #s

I would highly recommend using a small trailer instead.

One of the local dudes that do squirt and fert in my neighborhood, has a 4WD cart that pulls a tank on wheels with boom wands that can expand to different widths... I think this is the next best thing to a 300 ft. hose, that TGCL has, as far as efficiency is concerned...

Yes, just bolt it to a utility trailer. It's 100 gallon, so you might be able to get away with a single axle.

Your loaded weight is only going to be 1200 pounds or so +/-. You could even get away with one of the cheap 4 x 8 trailers Home Depot sells for next to nothing and then you have a title, lights and plates.
Yes, even a single axle is fine. Even your regular single axle trailers are often 3500 # GVW. but the cheapies are a bit less.
