The Super Deluxe seat is not a suspension seat, thus it is less expensive.

Pj, has there been an issue with grass clippings getting caught/jammed between the deck and the anti scalp wheels, causing the wheels not to "roll"? Looking at the new VX-4 deck, this looks like it could possible be an issue, maybe? Just curious...

Thanks.

I am not aware of this being a issue in the couple years of testing we did with this deck.

The cooler is bolted in with carriage bolts and nuts, very quick to remove the 4 nuts to drop the cooler down for cleaning and inspection.
It is also in a area easier to access than the pre 2011 Super Z.

Since you mentioned it, I looked at ((((and sat on, and drooled, and got off and walked around, and took pictures, and sat on it some more!LOL!)))) a new 2011 Super Z on my dealer's floor the other day and noticed something on the hydro cooler... The "screen" on the bottom of the cooler looks like it can be easily removed by just 1 bolt, and maybe a couple of clips(??). If it's true as to what I seen, I really loved that feature.

And on top of the spoiler, the metal"wing" itself can be very easily removed by a plastic lever. With the wing removed, the top of the oil cooler is right there in front of you.:cool2:

Pj, will the Flex Forks and Light Kit from previously year model Super Zs (referring mainly to the 2009 model) fit on the 2011 SZ ??

Are you going to post the optional accessories available, along with the MSRP prices, for the 2011 Super Z and X-One mowers?

Thanks

The old Super Z light kit wont work on the 2011 Super Z, it doesn't mount the same.
The new kit mounts on the ROPS like our diesel.
Look at this picture, this is what the lights look like, this picture shows the flasher for the diesel which is not part of the Super Z light kit.

Flex Forks from the old Super Z wont work on the 2011 either, the new forks on the Super Z have a longer shaft to accommodate the new set up on the top, dust cap etc..
The new Flex Forks for the 2011 Super Z are also stiffer to work with the weight of the new Super Z.

Those pumps look impressive. The whole machine looks great. Here's my concern you guys ran bigger pumps than others before (21cc vs 10/12cc's) and I still had hydro problems(many). Is bigger always better? are they also more heavy duty? What's the wheel motor set up? I'd love to switch back to Hustler if the dependibility is there.

Pj, Can you fold the ROPS with the light kit installed? And if you're able to do so, will the heat of the engine, exhaust, or oil cooler melt them or cause damage to them? Just curious...

I can see a problem with where the headlights are mounted with branches and limbs...

Man, I hate to hear that about the previous year model(s) flex forks and light kit not working on the new 2011 model... I REALLY hate to hear that!:hammerhead:

Also, do you recommend them? If so, which ones??

Thanks!

The pumps are Sauer Danfoss Slipper Piston DDC 20 Pumps.
These pumps are heavier duty (industrial), not so much bigger than what we already had in the Super Z.
The wheel motor is a Parker TG Series Motors with hot oil shuttle.
The wheel motor is industrial also with a hot oil shuttle back to the reservoir, helping the system to run cooler.

These wheels bolt up under the rear center of the mower, the holes are already there to bolt them in.
There is room to mount a dual set or a singe wheel.
The pricing is as mentioned above and comes with all the hardware to bolt the included wheels in the kit on.
Your current XR-7 deck has the same option also if you want to bolt them in.

Yes you can put the Flex Seat base on your mower, it doesn't matter what seat you have on the Flex base, it will work.
Its worth it, really helps on those hard bumpy ground situations and it holds up excellent.

If so do you have a part number and msrp?

I no longer mow professionally but I spent five seasons on a 2005 Super Z and loved it. Also used a Walker a lot but preferred the Hustler.
