Are you buying or selling? If you aren't interested in it 100% would you be willing to share where it's located? As you see by my signature below I'm looking for a machine that size in that price range.

Bear in mind though that the fastrack isn't a true commercial model, it's a "high end" residential. I think it's similar to the low end commercial Z4 model though the Z4 appears to get the more heavy duty grass blower.

The only concern I have with that particular model is that the Fastrack is more a homeowner model. I beleive it doesn't have commercial grade hydro pumps. I don't think they are made to take AS much abuse as other commercial grade models. It is even listed on www.hustlerturf.com (http://www.hustlerturf.com) as a residential mower. I have a Hustler Mini Z that is under 4 years old (Discontinued) that is similar to the size of mower you want that is Commercial Grade. Look for a used Mini Z. I LOVE mine!!! The problem with buying residential mowers for commercial uses is that hustler may not honor your waranty. Now if you are not doing lawn care full time, it would be GREAT for you! If you will be running it everyday for 6 or more hours a day, go commercial grade!

I know people will disagree with me on this topic and it may work out for you! Just giving my 2 cents!

Don't worry, I'm not going to steal it from you. I posted my first reply asking about it before I knew it was a "high end" residential machine. Those blowers for the catcher are not very good... Looks like a nice clean mower though. Not sure what they sold for new, but the Hustler dealer here in hutch sells them CHEAP. I was amazed at how low priced they are here compared to all the other brands.
