What is the size of Toro Soil Cultivator Blades

Bought a used one today, tried it, and it seemed to leave an untilled stream between the blades. All the blades are there and turning. I'm wondering if they have been ground down.

What is the size of a new blade? Needless to say, there are no soil cultivators around here to measure!
