Can anyone please give me a few estimates on how to do this or what you are getting for a 100 unit condo area? I don't need exact numbers but an around price would be great.

the grounds are what matters. how many acres are you looking at?. I usually price out $35 a man hr including myself, so if it would take 2 hrs to cut with 5 guys 35x5=$175x2=$350 a cut. For hedge trimming i go with $40 a man hr

walk out the sq.ft with a wheel length times width add it all up take that number times dollar amount = price

Ex: 205,000 sq apt complex take 205,000 x 1.50= $305.00 per mow.
