Who thinks they have got the best or worst lawn care route? We have a route that has 80 accounts within a 15 mile radius of each other. Its done over 3 days tuesday wednesday and thursday enabling a four day weekend. Keeping it tight keeps time and running costs down. Whats yours like?

In a 10 hour day = 22.47 minutes per account.

No travel time.

This is actually one of our swimming pool service routes and its done doing normally 3x12 hour shifts averaging 2 to 3 accounts an hour.

why work 12hr days?...just work 4-8hr days and 1/2 day on friday

I have 81 homes within a 2 mile radius for mowing. All my mowing is in 3 neighborhoods. I will not even take a new mowing account if its not within one of the 3 neighborhoods.... just isn't profitable to drop the trailer gate to cut one $30.00 lawn.
