Do you know exactly what your'e making on average from each of your'e customers? Have you thought that many of them might only be break even customers. Stop servicing break even customer accounts. If this idea frightens you, think harder. Your'e falling for the fallacy in thinking that increasing sales means boosting profits. Many lowballers think about doing this after a while.
