Killing Lawn Before Removal

Who here applies a liquid grass killer before a lawn renovation? Or do you believe your sod cutter does a good enough job removing the old grass? I deal with tall fescue, which isn`t a problem, but the Bermuda is what is really pesky around here.

Nuke it if you are so licensed or sub out to a CPO. I really don't like to waste topsoil since its in short supply around here. We plenty of sand though.
