Oh well, no rain. Guess I'll sell the mowers!
Hmm, does he buy a new one when it starts raining again?

Someone sent me a phony ebay ad once that said a guy was trying to sell his wife because she didn't cook anymore and his kids because they didn't listen to him anymore. Starting bid was lower than the Lesco. Unbelievable....

...another example of someone that didn't think it thru very well and is already out of business.

The first one is almost what it is new price already.

The second one barily has $5000 worth of stuff including the accounts, and he wants $20k for it. Let me see here $875 a week if you cut all of them for 32 weeks is $28,000, that means it will take 3-4 years to make a profit, no thanks. Hell he want retail for everything except the reel mowers.

I was thinking maybe if I buy the mower then I could sell it back to him at double the price when it starts rainning again? lol

The second one is interesting. He lists "inactive" clients as an asset and marketable. Most of my inactive clients have either passed away or moved away. And he has an awful lot of handheld (2 stroke) for 22 clients. I mean, who needs 4 blowers to service 22 clients?
