Putting door hangers up on Rainy Days

I have been thinking that if I did this on a rainy day cold day like today in the 30's that landscaping would be the last thing they are thinking about and not really look into it. does this make sense ??

I agree. I know that when I have door hangers delivered on a nice day I get a much higher call in rate. Having said that if you have nothing else to do and you have plenty of door hangers go for it.
