Lawn Account in Michigan

I have a lawn account in Plymouth that is just to far for me this year. I am looking to trade with someone for one east of I-275. I charge $30 a cut, been doing for three years, nice people. They pay in a timely fashion, have a sprinkler system so I never had to skip weeks, pretty easy cut. It takes me one hour to cut, whip, edge and blow by myself with a 48" walk behind with jungle wheels. I had two other accounts in the same sub but they lost their houses so it's not profitable to keep this one. I'm looking for a similar account in return. Thanks
