Jobsite log

Does any body have a jobe site log I can look at for some ideas? I have a snow log this works great at the end of the month for billing. I would like to try this on my accounts this year on the lawn care side. Than at the end of the month I just grab the binder and start invoicing.

I had an employee keep a diary of such. on every yard we serviced. he would write down time spend there. items in the lawn, mowing hight. and such.

I was wondering why he did this. and was a little worried. But it come in handy.

I did this in a note book last year. I came up with a log last night over some thinking fluid (BEER). But I think I am going to put in the mowing height I totaly forgot about that. I will post it on here later today and you guys can give me your thoughts!
