thread updates

hello all... i stumbled upon this site and plow site and became a member earlier this year.. seems like everytime i reply to a post i then get a email on my blackberry saying that someone has responded.. this is going on all the time and wakes me up at night! how do i disable that option? thanks :confused:

When ever you reply to a post you automatically subscribe and get updated when ever another person posts to that thread. You need to go to your user cp page and unsubscribe to all the threads to stop getting updates.

yes, GMLC is correct...go to your "User CP" link in the navigation bat above and once in there choose "Edit Options" on the left hand side...there is a "Default Thread Subscription Mode" where you can choose no email notification
