I am in Washington state and cannot use it anymore.
Trimec, Lesco's 3 way, United Horticulture's Mec Amine D, there all pretty much the same, they all do a nice job without clopyralid.

When temps are staying below 75* F consistantly, I can't see any reason not to take full advantage of the Ester based phenoxy herbicides. LESCO Threeway Ester 2, PBI Gordons Super Trimec (I think?), and I'm sure there are plenty of others.
Esters penetrate leaf cuticles much more agressively than do Amines. But they are also volatile at temps over 80*F.
But as long as it's cool.....why not?
Straight Trichlopyr used to be available from DOW. Let me root around a little. Maybe it still is. The old Turflon Ester was amazing. Yet we all forgot about it in favor of Confront.
